The Island County market saw sales remain flat this week with 165 homes sold over the last 30 days but new listings fell to 249. The median sales price rose to $319,000 over the latest reporting period for Island County, up from $307,500. Despite the flat sales, a relatively low three months of inventory remaining indicates that Island County is a seller's market.
